Prada In-Store Visual Merchandiser

1. Execute the fit-out of shop windows and in-store displays according to Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and quality standards.
2. Maintain daily upkeep of displays and participate in the fit-outs of other local stores as needed.
3. Update the Display APP with photographs of displays and shop windows following any modifications.
4. Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement fit-outs that drive customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits based on market trends and stock availability.
5. Provide guidance on product display to Store and Department Managers.
6. Report feedback on fit-out results to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising teams.
7. Work with Events and Promotional Activities to implement fit-outs for in-store events and collaborate with Communication and PR for press presentations.
8. Assist with displays during private client appointments in coordination with Client Service Development/VIC.

1. International and/or regional experience is advantageous.
2. Fluency in French and English.

1. Creative mindset with a strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
2. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe software.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and curiosity.
4. Self-motivated with a positive and collaborative approach.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in visual merchandising or a related field, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
