Prada Client Advisor (Pop‑Up Store)

- Deliver an elevated client journey at the Prada pop‑up, providing personalised service from greeting to post‑sale follow‑up.
- Provide fashion and styling advice tailored to individual client needs and brand aesthetics.
- Drive sales performance through active client engagement, product knowledge and upselling.
- Support daily store operations including visual standards, stock replenishment and POS transactions.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management to ensure seamless pop‑up operations.

- Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Prior experience in the luxury or premium fashion sector.

- Retail sales techniques and upselling
- Visual merchandising and maintaining brand presentation
- POS operation and cash handling
Previous experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is required; experience with pop‑up or short‑term retail activations is advantageous.
Secondary education or equivalent; diploma in retail, fashion or hospitality is a plus.
