Prada Client Advisor — Pop‑up Store (Contract)

- Deliver an exceptional client journey at the Prada pop‑up store, providing personalised service and styling advice.
- Proactively identify customer needs and drive sales to meet or exceed short‑term targets for the pop‑up activation.
- Support day‑to‑day store operations, including merchandise presentation, stock replenishment and maintaining visual standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships and clienteling records as required by store procedures.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and special assignments as directed by store management during the pop‑up period.
- Passion for fashion and demonstrable interest in luxury retail.
- Strong customer orientation with a commercial drive to achieve sales.
- Good team player with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Previous experience in the luxury or fashion retail sector preferred.

Previous experience in luxury or high‑end fashion retail is preferred; experience working in pop‑up or short‑term store environments is advantageous.
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in fashion/retail is desirable but not mandatory.
