1. Ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively enhancing service quality.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, and culture.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized engagement.
7. Promote an Omni Channel approach to sales and service.
8. Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to advise clients.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer a seamless luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with Back of House for efficient store operations and stock management.
14. Comply with operational guidelines, security, cash, inventory, and reporting procedures.
15. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience in a luxury or premium brand environment.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service dynamics.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

3. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury or premium fashion sector is required.
