Prada Client Advisor

1. Ensure an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting the Prada philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service both in-store and through e-commerce channels.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining the highest standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and brand DNA.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on luxury fashion trends and competitors to engage and advise customers effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Operate with care and respect for products, utilizing digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
13. Adhere to company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
14. Foster a positive working environment, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
