1. Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, responding proactively to customer needs in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM for personalized service and future opportunities.
7. Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to advise customers effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with line managers and the Client Service team.
10. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer an integrated luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
15. Foster open communication and teamwork, embracing diversity and inclusion values.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
2. Understanding of luxury customer service.
3. Proven ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
