1. Provide an exceptional and memorable luxury customer experience, prioritizing client needs and expectations.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador, conveying and promoting Prada's philosophy and values to clients.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, proactively ensuring superior service in-store and online.
4. Exceed KPI goals, maintaining high standards of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture and manage customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage with customers effectively.
9. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
10. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
11. Utilize digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
12. Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, stock, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
15. Foster open communication and teamwork, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
