1. Create a welcoming environment, prioritizing customer needs and providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and enhance personal sales performance, contributing to overall store success.

4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Prada products, history, culture, and DNA.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage customers and provide advice.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete luxury experience.
11. Conduct customer appointments in-person or virtually.
12. Collaborate with the Back of House team, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
13. Comply with company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
14. Foster open communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive work environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
