Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest areas, ensuring meticulous care of materials and furnishings.
  • Perform evening service, including room and bathroom tidying, guest item organization, and gift preparation.
  • Manage and maintain linen stock and amenities, ensuring timely laundry services and inventory control.
  • Prepare and organize service carts for morning and evening duties.
  • Ensure compliance with plastic-free certification standards.
  • Handle minor sewing tasks and ensure the proper functioning of clocks.
  • Assist with clearing breakfast, lunch, and dinner settings as needed.
  • Provide on-the-job training for temporary staff.
  • Respond to technical intervention requests using dedicated software.

Qualifications

  • CAP in Hotel Services, BEP in Restaurant and Hotel Trades, or equivalent.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry is required.

Education

CAP in Hotel Services, BEP in Restaurant and Hotel Trades, or equivalent.
