Moët & Chandon — HR Recruitment and Development Apprentice in Paris. Alternance role supporting recruitment, onboarding and training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment: liaise with hiring managers and HRBPs to define needs, draft and post job adverts, screen CVs and perform phone pre‑screens.
- Coordinate interview logistics, participate in candidate interviews and prepare progress reports and hiring recommendations for managers.
- Manage applicant tracking and recruitment database; monitor candidate pipelines and recruitment KPIs, and prepare campaign performance reports and presentations.
- Plan and execute onboarding for new hires and animate the trainee/apprentice community across Paris and Champagne.
- Represent the employer at recruitment events (forums, job fairs), organise job‑dating sessions and support campus management activities.
- Contribute to learning & development initiatives: assist deployment of training programs and performance management campaigns, support communications and change management.
- Collect and analyse data to evaluate project effectiveness (training participation, performance evaluation results) and propose process improvements.
- Handle training administrative workflows and budget follow‑up (purchase orders, invoice tracking) and support continuous improvement of HR tools.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s programme (M1/M2) with a specialisation in Human Resources or related field.
- Previous internship or experience in recruitment and/or campus management is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, client service orientation and team spirit.
- High level of organisation, rigor and autonomy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; affinity for digital HR tools.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Entry‑level position; suitable for candidates seeking an alternance/apprenticeship at Master’s level. Prior internships in recruitment, campus management or HR administration are a plus.
Education
Master's level (Master 1 or Master 2) in Human Resources or a closely related discipline (enrolment in an alternating programme/contrat d'alternance).
