Moët Hennessy — HR Generalist Apprentice in Paris. Apprenticeship to support recruitment, onboarding, L&D and intern community (start Sept 2026).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment of interns and apprentices: draft and publish job postings, screen CVs, conduct phone pre-screens, present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and HR leadership, and coordinate onboarding paperwork.
  • Coordinate and animate the intern/apprentice community: organise integration meetings, administrative onboarding support, networking events (breakfasts, afterworks), feedback sessions and participation in Emerging Talents initiatives.
  • Assist Learning & Development activities: provide administrative and logistical support for training, coordinate the training plan with stakeholders, participate in identifying managerial training needs and contribute to skills development planning.
  • Support transversal talent development projects: assist with initiatives such as Rise communications, Career Compass workshop logistics, Private Sales product/category expertise mapping, and monitor MH Learning usage metrics.
  • Manage internal communication and engagement tasks: design and publish internal announcements, contribute to the monthly HR newsletter and townhall content, maintain internal HR website content, and support engagement survey reporting and action-plan workshops.
  • Maintain and update HR dashboards and reports to track training, recruitment and engagement indicators.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school, IEP or equivalent university programme with a specialisation in Human Resources (graduate level).
  • At least one prior relevant HR experience (internship or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Highly organised, autonomous, proactive and rigorous with strong interpersonal diplomacy and discretion handling confidential information.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Pack Office).
