Guerlain Fragrance Training Manager

- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the productivity of Beauty Ambassadors and Experts in line with Guerlain Academy guidelines.
- Establish an annual training calendar aligned with marketing strategies and headquarters guidelines.
- Facilitate Guerlain Academy modules and brand workshops for MBC retailers.
- Conduct interactive training sessions using various methodologies, including in-person workshops and online webinars.
- Design engaging training materials covering fragrance knowledge, sales strategies, and brand storytelling.
- Regularly assess training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
- Support event execution and provide on-site coaching for product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align training with brand strategy.
- Manage fragrance training programs and budget effectively.
- Develop onboarding programs for new hires.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
- Fluency in Japanese (Business – Native) and English (Intermediate – Business).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven customer service expertise.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing).
