Guerlain in Orphin, France seeks a Production Manager — Perfumes to lead fragrance packaging operations and a multidisciplinary production team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a multidisciplinary production team (~70 employees) including production, maintenance, packaging industrialisation and short‑term planning.
- Ensure the safe operation of the site and strict compliance with quality standards across automated packaging lines and an artisanal workshop.
- Plan, organise and allocate resources to meet production schedules while optimising operational costs and efficiencies.
- Coordinate and oversee new product launches and the industrialisation of packaging solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to organisational design and process optimisation projects.
- Recruit, integrate, train and develop team members and maintain a positive working climate through effective listening, communication and leadership.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial manufacturing with proven success in frontline management.
- Demonstrated leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record in production planning, quality and safety compliance.
- Experience in new product introduction and continuous improvement is highly desirable.

At least 10 years in industrial manufacturing with hands‑on experience managing operational teams and packaging/production lines; experience within cosmetics or fragrance production preferred.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
