Guerlain Data Transformation Program Manager

1. Support the Chief Data & AI Officer in deploying the 'LVMH AI for All' program within Guerlain, collaborating with HR teams to establish internal communication and training plans.
2. Animate the data and business leaders community at Guerlain to encourage knowledge sharing, best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Participate in workshops, conferences, and internal events to promote data awareness and a data-driven culture.
4. Assist top management in aligning data activation strategies with Guerlain's overall strategy, commercial objectives, and societal commitments.
5. Coordinate project tracking, steering committees, and roadmaps with stakeholders, consolidating and managing associated budgets.
6. Align project managers around common practices, standards, and methodologies to enhance collaboration and agility.
7. Provide regular updates on progress, achievements, and value generated by data activation efforts.
8. Contribute to data and tech team reflections to maximize the scale of initiatives (MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, Factories).
9. Establish relationships with business verticals (Finance, HR, CSR) to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and structure initiatives using frameworks like RICE and Impact Benefits.

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the luxury or consumer goods industry.
3. Strong understanding of data activation strategies and AI transformation.
4. Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams.
5. Proficiency in data and analytics concepts, tools, and methodologies.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to drive change and foster a data-driven culture.
9. Understanding of data privacy and security regulations is a plus.
