2. Conduct make‑up, skincare and perfume consultations; recommend products and services tailored to individual client needs.
3. Develop and maintain a regular local and international clientele through clientelling, telephoning and proactive follow‑up.
4. Apply the Guerlain selling method to achieve and exceed individual and counter sales targets; contribute to store objectives.
5. Support Retail Excellence and counter operations: checkout, point of sale management, merchandising, stock control and visual standards.
6. Participate in team briefings, contribute to a positive team spirit and propose actions from customer satisfaction feedback.
7. Maintain professional grooming and presentation standards at all times.
