- Represent the brand to clients, introducing them to the Saint Laurent universe.
- Deliver a unique, pleasant, and personalized experience to a discerning clientele.
- Maintain a demeanor consistent with the brand's image and standards.
- Listen to clients and introduce them to the products and artistic direction of the brand.
- Offer tailored styling advice, providing expert guidance on morphology, cuts, and materials.
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, enhancing client engagement with the brand.
- Monitor sales indicators and take corrective measures as necessary.
- Propose strategies to improve boutique performance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ready-to-wear fashion.
- Strong experience in managing local clientele, with international client experience as a plus.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Russian.
- Interest in business dimensions and commercial results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Curiosity and a keen interest in fashion products and culture.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in ready-to-wear fashion, with a focus on client management.
