- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Boutique Managers to ensure retail excellence in alignment with the Maison's strategy.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the training community, crafting and delivering onboarding and upskilling pathways.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify and address specific training needs, co-creating content as necessary.
- Work closely with the Sales Pole to tailor core training modules for managerial audiences.
- Support local trainers by providing guidance and resources to enhance their training delivery.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, preferably within the luxury or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record in retail environments.
- Client-centric approach with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in designing and executing comprehensive training programs with creative and impactful content.
