1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Boutique Managers to ensure retail excellence in alignment with the Maison's strategy.
2. Serve as a strategic business partner to the training community, crafting and delivering onboarding and upskilling pathways.
3. Collaborate with regional teams to identify and address specific training needs, co-creating content as necessary.
4. Work closely with the Sales Pole to tailor core training modules for managerial audiences.
5. Support local trainers by providing guidance and resources to enhance their training delivery.

1. Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, preferably within the luxury or hospitality sectors.
2. Proven track record in retail environments.

1. Client-centric approach with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in designing and executing comprehensive training programs with creative and impactful content.

A decade of experience in project management, ideally within luxury or hospitality settings, with a successful background in retail.
