1. Assist the Development Manager in cultivating and maintaining international partnerships.
2. Coordinate project briefs with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Communicate planning updates with cross-functional teams and headquarters.
4. Support departmental assignments as needed.
5. Oversee daily exhibition maintenance in collaboration with operations and security teams.
6. Manage ad-hoc projects as required.

1. Bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Arts & Culture or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Arts & Culture sector.

1. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Chinese preferred.
2. Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
3. Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
5. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 2 years in the Arts & Culture field is required.

Bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Arts & Culture or related field.

Monthly allowance not subject to taxes, along with a housing allowance.
