Van Cleef & Arpels Development Coordinator

- Assist the Development Manager in cultivating and maintaining international partnerships.
- Coordinate project briefs with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate planning updates with cross-functional teams and headquarters.
- Support departmental assignments as needed.
- Oversee daily exhibition maintenance in collaboration with operations and security teams.
- Manage ad-hoc projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Arts & Culture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Arts & Culture sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Chinese preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 2 years in the Arts & Culture field is required.
Bachelor’s degree or university certificate in Arts & Culture or related field.
Monthly allowance not subject to taxes, along with a housing allowance.
Includes health insurance, travel costs related to relocation, and the potential for contract renewal.
