1. Participate in the recruitment process and organize onboarding for new employees.
2. Manage the intern and apprentice population within the workshop.
3. Serve as the local liaison for the Human Resources Administration from headquarters, handling various administrative matters such as hiring, probation periods, and absences.
4. Consolidate training needs and coordinate logistical arrangements for training sessions in collaboration with the Learning & Development coordinator at headquarters.
5. Monitor and report on HR metrics specific to the workshop, including headcount, absenteeism, and recruitment.
6. Contribute to the implementation and deployment of HR projects related to the workshop and/or HR team, such as school relations and CSR initiatives.

3. Proactive, organized, and meticulous in approach.

A minimum of one year of experience in human resources management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
