- Collaborate with the Southeast Visual Merchandising Coordinator and Merchandising Manager to implement and execute product strategies and initiatives in-store.
- Ensure adherence to styling guidelines and merchandising strategy at Milan stores daily.
- Monitor the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies within caselines and creative fixtures.
- Train and inspire retail and operational teams, participating in floor walks to provide solutions balancing VM standards and business needs.
- Maintain organization of VM tools, including caselines forms, props, and vases, and conduct accurate inventory biannually.
- Manage floral arrangements in accordance with guidelines, in partnership with the VM Coordinator and vendor.
- Coordinate with store operations to address maintenance needs related to creative vehicles such as caselines and external fixtures.
- Plan and implement creative VM campaigns, including vitrines, caselines, towers, and wall shelf fixtures.
- Ensure merchandise selected for creative campaigns is impactful and properly installed, styled, and lit.
- Support high-profile selling events and special creative installations related to product launches, events, and branding initiatives.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of holiday displays and décor.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in sales, retail, visual display, styling, or related fields.
- Previous experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Portfolio required.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Residence within a commutable distance to The Landmark.
- Knowledge of local vendor sources for display supplies and props is advantageous.
- Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting.
- Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, retail, visual display, styling, or related areas, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
