1. Lead back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
2. Provide outstanding client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and drive sales goals.
3. Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
4. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
5. Support operational efficiency objectives by enhancing productivity and providing feedback on process improvements.
6. Mentor team members to elevate performance when acting as manager on duty.
7. Cultivate client relationships to foster loyalty and increase spending.
8. Execute operations and sales support functions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
9. Collect and manage customer data to develop new and existing customer relationships.
10. Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable client interactions and resolving concerns with sound judgment.

1. 2-3 years of retail operations experience with a strong understanding of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising and client service.

The pay range for this role is $19.13-$25.88 per hour.
