6. Support hospitality, tours, and selling events, including door coverage and elevator operation.
7. Manage floor waiting lists and implement efficiencies to enhance the in-store experience.
8. Communicate potential service issues to management promptly.
9. Share client interactions and brand impressions with management.
10. Foster collaboration and thrive in a team environment.
11. Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility in adapting to change.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality or museums.
2. Authorization to work in the United States.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
4. Strong storytelling and client engagement abilities.

A minimum of 2 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality or museums.

A college/university degree with a focus on fine or performing arts is preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is $19.72 - $26.68 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
