1. Lead, develop, and support sales, operations, and security team members to meet or exceed business objectives and enhance the in-store experience.
2. Supervise the store in the absence of the director, acting as a dynamic and inspiring leader.
3. Deepen client relationships to achieve or surpass commercial goals and product category objectives.
4. Manage and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed store business objectives.
5. Drive client development activities among team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
6. Ensure an unparalleled customer service experience, acting as a mentor and coach.
7. Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique experiences.
8. Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
9. Manage back-of-house areas efficiently, ensuring consistency with established operational procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury store management or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving business results.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and POS systems.
5. Flexibility to perform various roles as needed by the business.
