1. Oversee the monthly demand forecasting process, integrating weekly performance evaluations.
2. Coordinate monthly best estimates with budget and commercial objectives.
3. Conduct detailed sales planning at product category, family, and SKU levels.
4. Collaborate with central supply chain for forecast validation.
5. Review new product profiles and assess baseline cannibalization effects.
6. Manage inventory flow in alignment with company strategy and business conditions.
7. Work with central inventory planning to support local initiatives.
8. Monitor inventory levels using Tiffany replenishment systems, Anaplan, and Power BI Dashboard.
9. Support inventory builds for store openings, renewals, and events.
10. Identify product rebalancing opportunities within the distribution network.
11. Collaborate with Merchandising on new product forecasts and launch strategies.
12. Ensure timely product availability through coordination with central supply chain.
13. Provide leadership and guidance to Inventory Planners, fostering a collaborative team environment.

1. 10+ years of experience in supply chain management within the luxury or retail industry.
2. Proficiency in distribution operations and merchandise planning.
3. Strong analytical capabilities.
4. Familiarity with multi-product, multi-sales channel environments.
5. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
6. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
