1. Conduct final quality control inspections of jewelry at supplier sites to ensure compliance with Tiffany & Co.'s standards.
2. Process purchase orders from suppliers using the JD Edwards system, ensuring all quality processes are followed.
3. Maintain a daily average of inspected units for quality control and product assessments.
4. Support and implement supplier quality initiatives to enhance product quality.
5. Identify root causes of quality issues and follow through with corrective actions.
6. Perform on-site audits and provide feedback to suppliers to support continuous improvement.
7. Participate in departmental training sessions.
8. Coordinate and execute on-site inspections of finished jewelry products at external supplier locations.
9. Record quality control data in the JD Edwards Quality Management system.
10. Manage the return process for non-conforming goods to suppliers.
11. Support new product development processes in collaboration with the QA Lifecycle team in New York.
12. Collaborate with suppliers and local managers to send monthly metal samples to the Product Testing Laboratory.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance
3. Knowledge of jewelry
4. Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
5. Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
6. Ability to be flexible and manage evolving priorities
7. Highly organized

3. Proficiency in JD Edwards or similar enterprise systems
4. Basic English language skills (preferred)
5. Gemmologist or Jeweler certification (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the jewelry industry.
