- Conduct final quality control inspections of jewelry at supplier sites to ensure compliance with Tiffany & Co.'s standards.
- Process purchase orders from suppliers using the JD Edwards system, ensuring all quality processes are followed.
- Maintain a daily average of inspected units for quality control and product assessments.
- Support and implement supplier quality initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and follow through with corrective actions.
- Perform on-site audits and provide feedback to suppliers to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in departmental training sessions.
- Coordinate and execute on-site inspections of finished jewelry products at external supplier locations.
- Record quality control data in the JD Edwards Quality Management system.
- Manage the return process for non-conforming goods to suppliers.
- Support new product development processes in collaboration with the QA Lifecycle team in New York.
- Collaborate with suppliers and local managers to send monthly metal samples to the Product Testing Laboratory.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of jewelry
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to be flexible and manage evolving priorities

- Jewelry knowledge
- Proficiency in JD Edwards or similar enterprise systems
- Basic English language skills (preferred)
- Gemmologist or Jeweler certification (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the jewelry industry.
