Responsibilities
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments for clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized interactions.
- Focus on client experience aligned with luxury standards.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique experiences.
- Organize private appointments and prospect new clients.
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty.
- Collaborate with store management and headquarters on client relations.
- Participate in local and international high jewelry events.
- Resolve client and peer concerns using knowledge of policies.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and capture client data.
- Drive business through key product pillars, focusing on diamond expertise.
- Maintain brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
Skills
- Passion for client interaction in-store and during special occasions.
- Empathy and ability to create strong client connections.
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
Experience Requirements
