4. Optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique experiences.
5. Organize private appointments and prospect new clients.
6. Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty.
7. Collaborate with store management and headquarters on client relations.
8. Participate in local and international high jewelry events.
9. Resolve client and peer concerns using knowledge of policies.
10. Demonstrate sales leadership and capture client data.
11. Drive business through key product pillars, focusing on diamond expertise.
12. Maintain brand standards in grooming and behavior.
13. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and inventory accuracy.

1. 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.

1. Passion for client interaction in-store and during special occasions.
2. Empathy and ability to create strong client connections.
3. Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
