5. Organize private appointments and proactively prospect new clients.

7. Collaborate with store management and headquarters on client relations.
8. Participate in local and international high jewelry events.
9. Resolve client and peer concerns using judgment and policy knowledge.
10. Demonstrate sales leadership and capture client data for relationship building.
11. Drive business through key product pillars with a focus on diamond expertise.
12. Maintain brand standards in grooming and behavior.
13. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and inventory accuracy.

1. 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality
2. Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language as a plus

Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail or hospitality.
