- Analyze data to create key assets for retail strategies within various markets.
- Provide weekly and monthly retail-oriented dashboards to support the Retail Director, Retail Team, and Store Managers in monitoring teams and targets.
- Serve as the key-user for internal tools within the cluster, conducting monthly training sessions for retail teams on new features and improvements.
- Coordinate clienteling reporting and support tools to ensure data capture, frequency, and retention KPIs are met.
- Collaborate with the market's Retail Team to cultivate a high-performance clienteling culture and develop programs to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Assist the Retail Learning Manager in identifying learning action plans to maximize clienteling and selling skills, thereby elevating the client experience.
- Engage in fieldwork within boutiques to support daily activities related to the implementation of Retail & Operations projects.
- Previous experience in retail, both on the field and at headquarters.
- Good understanding of retail store processes and procedures.
- Previous experience in data analysis.
- Desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Flexibility to travel within the cluster (Italy, Spain, Turkey).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
