- Manage recruitment processes independently, including job posting, CV screening, phone pre-qualifications, and interview participation.
- Prepare and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the company.
- Assist in personnel administration, including handling employment files, offer letters, and the VIE program.
- Prepare HR newsletters and communications.
- Contribute to the development and organization of internal engagement activities, such as division events and organizational notes.
- Participate in various HR projects, including the digitization of HR files.
- Currently enrolled in a business or HR school.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with proficiency in English.
