1. Manage recruitment processes independently, including job posting, CV screening, phone pre-qualifications, and interview participation.
2. Prepare and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the company.
3. Assist in personnel administration, including handling employment files, offer letters, and the VIE program.
4. Prepare HR newsletters and communications.
5. Contribute to the development and organization of internal engagement activities, such as division events and organizational notes.
6. Participate in various HR projects, including the digitization of HR files.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or HR school.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with proficiency in English.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage projects independently.
