- Develop and implement regional service improvement and innovation plans based on customer feedback and brand market strategy.
- Observe and coach Client Advisors on service delivery, ensuring adherence to brand values and behaviors.
- Conduct regular reviews with regional retail management to identify best practices and address performance gaps.
- Manage regional performance coaching strategies to support individual and store KPI achievement.
- Engage with regional and store management teams to provide feedback and support for coaching programs.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate training programs in alignment with national learning strategies.
- Support the learning team in designing training content and in-store learning materials.
- Implement national learning projects at the regional level.
- Provide support for store management teams to enhance facilitation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in retail or training within luxury brands or service industries.
- Knowledge of the luxury retail and jewelry industry is preferred.
- Experience in coaching and organizational development.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in follow-up and attention to detail.
A minimum of 8 years in retail or training, preferably within luxury brands or service industries, with a focus on coaching and organizational development.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
