1. Develop and implement regional service improvement and innovation plans based on customer feedback and brand market strategy.
2. Observe and coach Client Advisors on service delivery, ensuring adherence to brand values and behaviors.
3. Conduct regular reviews with regional retail management to identify best practices and address performance gaps.
4. Manage regional performance coaching strategies to support individual and store KPI achievement.
5. Engage with regional and store management teams to provide feedback and support for coaching programs.
6. Facilitate or co-facilitate training programs in alignment with national learning strategies.
7. Support the learning team in designing training content and in-store learning materials.
8. Implement national learning projects at the regional level.
9. Provide support for store management teams to enhance facilitation skills.

1. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
2. 8+ years of experience in retail or training within luxury brands or service industries.
3. Knowledge of the luxury retail and jewelry industry is preferred.
4. Experience in coaching and organizational development.
