- Partner with store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach to ensure high sales and service standards.
- Develop leadership skills of store management through on-the-job coaching and follow-up.
- Create Tiffany Brand Ambassadors knowledgeable about the brand and products with a strategic approach to selling and client development.
- Monitor daily client interactions and provide feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
- Identify store opportunities through observation, sales dashboards, and NPS scores.
- Create and implement store learning and coaching plans with individual targets.
- Monitor and coach sales teams on individual targets, offering solutions to performance gaps.
- Establish regular check-ins with store leadership on coaching progress and opportunities.
- Track coaching conversations and update training records in the LMS.
- Lead by example to support a culture of coaching and feedback.
- Partner with store leadership to structure and participate in motivational learning sessions.
- Facilitate training to support business objectives and organize impactful onboarding for new hires.
- Prepare monthly training calendars and map out learning solutions based on observations and business objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail coaching or training roles.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in developing strategic sales approaches.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify improvement areas.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and onboarding processes.
A minimum of 5 years in retail coaching or training roles, preferably within the luxury sector.
