13. Manage inventory of hospitality supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient storage.
14. Take initiative in cleaning, organizing, and preparing areas before and after client appointments.
15. Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitization, and food safety regulations.
16. Support special events and in-store experiences as needed.
17. Gain an in-depth understanding of Tiffany products, heritage, and client service philosophy.
18. Engage clients through storytelling and brand knowledge.
19. Comply with store security, operational policies, and service protocols.
20. Stay informed on trends in hospitality and luxury retail to contribute to best-in-class service delivery.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium hotel service.
2. Customer service or food & beverage service experience is required.
3. Experience in luxury retail environments is highly desirable.

2. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
3. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
