- Welcome clients warmly to create an exemplary luxury experience that enhances service and sales.
- Utilize storytelling to share knowledge of the Tiffany brand and inspire clients.
- Deliver a knowledgeable and curated experience for every client interaction.
- Greet and direct clients throughout the store, ensuring Tiffany standards are met.
- Engage in bespoke conversations to elevate the in-store experience and discern client needs.
- Support hospitality, tours, and selling events through various roles including door coverage and elevator operation.
- Act as a concierge to ensure clients have the best experience in Milan.
- Manage floor waiting lists and execute best practices to enhance in-store efficiency.
- Communicate potential service issues to management promptly.
- Share client interactions and brand impressions with management.
- Foster collaboration and thrive in a team environment.
- Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility in adapting to change.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality or museums.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in Italy.
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong storytelling and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to change and support of company initiatives.
A minimum of 2 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-facing role in hospitality or similar industries is required.
