- Exceed sales objectives and KPIs with an entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on high-end products.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Expertise in High Jewelry and luxury products.
- Established high-end network and ability to expand client base.
- Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Passion for luxury retail and clienteling in an omnichannel environment.
- Results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.

A minimum of 5 years in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on high-end products and clienteling.
A college or university degree is preferred, along with a Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework.
