1. Oversee customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
2. Coordinate delivery schedules and manage logistics with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
3. Classify tariffs accurately and optimize customs clearance processes.
4. Manage domestic logistics including inventory management and local courier schedules.
5. Support security operations and organize employee sales events.

1. 2–5 years of customs clearance experience in the retail industry, preferably in FMCG.
2. Bachelor’s degree required.
3. Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
4. Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Solid understanding of inventory management principles.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

1. Knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures.
2. Expertise in HS code classification and import/export regulations.
3. Ability to manage commercial invoices and trade-related documents.
4. Strong time management and deadline adherence.
5. Cost-saving identification in logistics and customs processes.

Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics within the retail industry.

Bachelor’s degree required.
