Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Oversee store merchandise, including receiving and transferring items, ensuring inventory accuracy and availability.
- Monitor daily high-value counts and maintain returns reports.
- Lead and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory preparations, including annual physical inventory oversight.
- Manage price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
- Process merchandise requests and follow up on special and back orders.
- Provide superior post-sales client service, including managing repair and engraving orders.
- Perform minor onsite repairs and cleanings.
- Assist in the visual presentation of merchandise through scheduled cleaning and inspection.
- Support sales floor activities and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist in planning and coordinating store events.
- Manage store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality.
- Track invoice approvals and verify daily inventory reports.
- Liaise with facilities and IT, manage record retention, and follow up on audit issues.
- Perform daily cashier functions and act as Security and Health & Safety liaison.
- Assist in maintaining and implementing operational support systems.
- 2-3 years of prior retail experience in operations, with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with IT knowledge.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Knowledge of local import/export regulations.
