Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Receive and manage merchandise, ensuring accurate transfers and adherence to Tiffany & Co. standards.
- Maintain store inventory accuracy and optimize customer service through effective inventory management.
- Process merchandise invoices and oversee client order purchases.
- Coordinate and lead cycle counts and physical inventory preparations.
- Liaise with Facilities and IT, manage record retention, and follow up on audit issues.
- Facilitate smooth customs processes by working with customs agencies.
- Assist in maintaining operational support systems, including inventory systems and supplies ordering.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury jewelry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, customer service, administration, and shipping.
- Authorization to work in Switzerland.
- Business proficiency in French and English.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with customers, peers, and management.
- Knowledge of local import/export regulations.
2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations, with a focus on luxury jewelry preferred.
