1. Execute the MRP production plan as determined by the Supply Chain Organization.
2. Manage excess and obsolete inventory, including reporting and processes.
3. Validate purchased-item parameters such as safety stock, lot-sizing, and order policies.
4. Resolve open order conflicts and supplier capacity constraints with raw-material suppliers.
5. Lead qualifications with raw-material suppliers.
6. Ensure data integrity of all product information.
7. Purchase raw materials for the Forest Hill and Dominican Republic facilities.
8. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage slow-moving inventory reports quarterly.
9. Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to resolve material availability issues.
10. Manage relationships with specific vendors and serve as the organization’s point of contact.
11. Support the organization in resolving problems with vendor products and services.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
2. 3 – 5 years experience in Planning/Procurement
3. MRP/ERP system experience in a Supply Chain Manufacturing organization
4. Strong background in a Lean Manufacturing environment
5. Strong mathematical and organizational skills
6. Demonstrated leadership skills
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills

Minimum of 5 years in Planning/Procurement within a Supply Chain Manufacturing organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
