1. Monitor target stock based on inventory constraints, sales trends, merchandising initiatives, and strategic regional needs.
2. Optimize inventory levels in boutiques to meet availability targets.
3. Analyze allocations and collaborate with the Merchandising team to review distribution and assortment.
4. Identify and execute intra-regional rebalance opportunities bi-weekly to drive sales and support inventory turn objectives.
5. Support new stores, product initiatives, promotions, and address regional trends and needs.
6. Allocate and monitor inventory movement across stores for market events.

1. Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Anaplan, Business Objects, Compass, Power BI.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage ambiguity and make informed decisions.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with an interest in cross-cultural collaboration.
