Tiffany & Co. Accounts Receivable Manager

1. Monitor sales movement and accounts receivable balance in stores and eCommerce order management.
2. Reconcile accounts receivable balance across all involved systems.
3. Review and create journal entries and accounting estimates related to accounts receivable and sales.
4. Prepare and explain sales and accounts receivable documents to auditors.
5. Develop accounts receivable aging analysis reports.
6. Forecast cash related to sales transactions and monitor forecast versus actual.
7. Support boutique operations by addressing inquiries from boutiques or other departments.
8. Assist in enhancing internal controls.
9. Manage trial balance files for closing and reconcile errors or discrepancies.
10. Support team members in other accounting processes.
11. Participate in special projects as required.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Commerce.
3. Certified Professional Accountant or Certified Tax Accountant (preferred).
4. Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
6. English – Business Level.

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Commerce.
