Logistics Executive

1. Oversee and support supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.
2. Ensure operations comply with laws and regulations, including Customs, Duty, and CITES requirements.
3. Collaborate with customs brokers to optimize import/export activities and align with brand strategy.
4. Partner with regional and corporate teams for process standardization and new systems implementation.
5. Manage domestic transportation, including non-product transactions, and improve service, cost, and efficiency.
6. Monitor operational procedures to ensure market compliance and perform analysis of logistics key performance metrics.
7. Implement and manage internal controls for inventory and stock management.
8. Manage relationships with warehouse and freight contractors and monitor deliveries to the store.
9. Ensure accurate recording of stock movements and support retail-related activities.
10. Coordinate shipment logistics and ensure efficient lead times.
11. Track and update shipment information and provide necessary documentation for customs declaration.
12. Coordinate with operations for after-sale cases and logistics-related inquiries.

1. 5+ years’ experience in retail logistics.
2. Experience with international logistics and freight, including CITES.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
4. Good communicator, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
