- Oversee and support supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring full compliance with import and export regulations.
- Ensure operations comply with laws and regulations, including Customs, Duty, and CITES requirements.
- Collaborate with customs brokers to optimize import/export processes, aligning with brand strategy.
- Partner with regional and corporate teams to standardize processes and implement new systems.
- Manage accurate and timely filings of duty and tax drawbacks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Develop and execute local transportation procedures, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
- Arrange transportation for events and transfers to meet business deadlines.
- Monitor operational procedures to ensure market compliance, including inventory accuracy and merchandise transfers.
- Analyze logistics key performance metrics to ensure optimal rates and service.
- Implement and manage internal controls for inventory and stock management.
- Manage relationships with warehouse and freight contractors.
- Monitor deliveries, reduce lead-time, and optimize delivery frequencies.
- Verify invoices and prepare shipment documents.
- Coordinate with teams for shipment discrepancies and monitor shipment conditions.
- Ensure accurate recording of stock movements and support retail-related activities.
- Coordinate logistics for high jewelry events, including import/export and time-sensitive shipping.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding shipment inquiries and ensure efficient lead times.
- Track and update information on merchandise shipments.
- Provide Vietnamese commodity names for customs declarations.
- Ensure all shipments are tracked and documented properly.
- Coordinate after-sale shipments for repairs, preparing service agreements and spare parts information.
- Attend to logistics-related inquiries and prepare necessary documentation for shipments.
- 5+ years of experience in retail logistics.
- Experience with international logistics and freight, including CITES.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.

Minimum of 5 years in retail logistics, with experience in international logistics and freight.
