Tiffany & Co. Laboratory and Quality Control Supervisor

- Supervise and coordinate all laboratory testing activities, including product analysis, control execution, and report generation.
- Collaborate with the watchmaker analyst to ensure accurate and timely test results.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment for optimal performance.
- Lead and manage the quality control and packaging team, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Analyze and improve current quality control processes, implementing efficient workflows and IT systems.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the quality control team.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues or non-conformities.
- Manage inventory of stocks under quality control responsibility, ensuring availability and condition of materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a team of six, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Develop team members according to their potential, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure effective resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
- Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control, preferably within the watchmaking industry.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality control processes.
- Proven experience in process optimization and productivity monitoring.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Minimum of 8 years in quality control, preferably within the watchmaking industry.
Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
