Tiffany & Co. Junior Cost Controller Intern

- Ensure reporting of CAPEX payments for each store across Europe.
- Support cost managers in executing CAPEX payments for each store across Europe.
- Lead communication between cost managers and local accountants in Europe.
- Conduct weekly to monthly reporting routines and implement best practices across Europe.
- Support cost managers with new vendor creations and audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with the Source to Pay Procurement Process in Europe.
- Work on a master database for CAPEX cost control in EMEA, including data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Assist with the redaction of supplier introduction documents.
- Perform ad hoc tasks for CAPEX cost control and supervise cash outflows and payments in EMEA.
- Provide support to the director in store planning project management, including meeting report assistance and project roadmap updates.
- Manage material samples.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English.
- Advanced or intermediate proficiency in Excel, with a willingness to learn at an advanced level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Interest in construction preferred.
Beginner level experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
