Junior Cost Controller Intern

Tiffany & Co. is a renowned luxury jewelry and specialty retailer known for its exquisite craftsmanship and iconic designs. The company operates globally, offering a wide range of luxury goods, including jewelry, watches, and accessories.

1. Ensure reporting of CAPEX payments for each store across Europe.
2. Support cost managers in executing CAPEX payments for each store across Europe.
3. Lead communication between cost managers and local accountants in Europe.
4. Lead weekly to monthly reporting routines and implement good practices across Europe.
5. Support Cost Managers with New Vendor creations.
6. Ensure the respect of the Source to Pay Procurement Process in Europe through proper New Vendor Creations.
7. Work on a master database for CAPEX Cost control in EMEA: Data collection, validation, and analysis.
8. Support with the redaction of the paper introduction to suppliers (supplier accounting format).
9. Perform ad hoc tasks for CAPEX cost control and supervise cash out, payments in EMEA.
10. Assist with general meeting reports and project roadmap updates.
11. Manage material samples.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English.

1. Advanced or Intermediate Excel skills, with willingness to learn at an advanced level.
2. Great communication skills.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset.
4. Interest in construction preferred.
