1. Provide administrative HR support to the HR team, management, and employees.
2. Coordinate HR operations, including payroll preparation and compliance with statutory requirements.
3. Manage recruitment processes, including job requisition updates and background checks.
4. Oversee the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
5. Execute and promote compliance with all Tiffany policies and procedures.
6. Collect and analyze data for employee turnover, onboarding, compensation, and performance.
7. Support key HR projects and administrative tasks, including office supply management and IT setup for new hires.
8. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office maintenance and safety compliance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 years' full-time Human Resources administration/coordination experience.

1. Proficiency in HRIS data reporting/analysis and HR systems support, ideally Oracle HCM.
2. Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong customer-service orientation and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
4. Fluency in English and Vietnamese.

Minimum 2 years of full-time Human Resources administration/coordination experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
