1. Organize daily bank files from Treasury into cash tracking files.
2. Record cash movements for wires and ensure timely application.
3. Collect and deposit checks from business partners.
4. Collaborate with accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate bank activity recording.
5. Perform bank reconciliations for US and Canadian accounts, including concentration and retail store deposit accounts.
6. Investigate and resolve reconciling items from bank reconciliations to minimize aged items.
7. Analyze over/short activity and partner with sales audit to identify potential fraud.
8. Record and reconcile cash pooling activities between US, Canadian entities, and LVMH.
9. Account for the education note program and partner with collections on delinquent loan repayments.
10. Identify and propose automation solutions to reduce manual reconciliation efforts.
11. Support IT initiatives impacting retail cash collection by executing testing procedures.

1. Bachelor's degree obtained or in progress in Accounting or related field.
2. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with cross-functional and international teams.
6. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Flexible work schedule during monthly and year-end closing, priority projects, and special assignments.

Entry-level experience, suitable for beginners with relevant academic background.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or currently pursuing.

$25 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
