- Oversee and coordinate planned facility and maintenance activities, both ordinary and extraordinary, across the Southern Europe cluster.
- Coordinate remedial work for store emergencies, ensuring vendors adhere to Tiffany & Co. standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing updates to ensure timely resolution of issues and closure of work orders.
- Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to the highest standards and execution of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to supervise work progress.
- Ensure site compliance with health and safety regulations in coordination with RSPP/HSE.
- Manage procurement and orders for all necessary materials and services.
- Archive documentation in accordance with local regulations.
- Organize tendering processes to support Finance and Retail Operations in contractor selection.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations and Store Planning for new store openings, including site surveys and project management.
- Support budget estimation and cost control for maintenance activities, collaborating with accounting and contractors.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, Building Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a retail environment with an emphasis on integrated real estate services.
- Strategic problem solver with a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Collaborative and agile, able to partner across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read construction documents.
- Design and detail-oriented with a client-focused approach.
- Experience in luxury retail.
- Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is an advantage.

A minimum of 5 years in facilities management, with a preference for experience in a retail environment.
Degree in Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, Building Technology, or equivalent work experience.
