1. Manage trackers and reports for the Client Relations department, collaborating with store teams and other departments at headquarters.
2. Elaborate data to present it accurately, supporting the development of business strategies.
3. Assist the Client Relations Manager in developing weekly, monthly, and yearly strategies to achieve sales targets.
4. Support brand events and activations in Southern Europe.
5. Collaborate with the management team to collect data from daily store activities.
6. Shadow the Client Relations Manager during task execution.

1. Passion for luxury retail and client relations.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
4. Excellent teamwork capabilities.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Ability to collaborate with colleagues across headquarters, EMEA region, and stores.

Beginner level experience in luxury retail or hospitality is preferred.

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
