- Manage trackers and reports for the Client Relations department, collaborating with store teams and other departments at headquarters.
- Elaborate data to present it accurately, supporting the development of business strategies.
- Assist the Client Relations Manager in developing weekly, monthly, and yearly strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Support brand events and activations in Southern Europe.
- Collaborate with the management team to collect data from daily store activities.
- Shadow the Client Relations Manager during task execution.
- Passion for luxury retail and client relations.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
