1. Assist in the preparation of monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Analyze client data and CRM programs to evaluate effectiveness.
3. Track the success of major sales events and client activities in collaboration with retail teams.
4. Generate client lists and reports, coordinating with global teams as necessary.
5. Provide insights from data analysis, including market and competitor information.
6. Support retail teams with creative and logistical assistance for in-store events.
7. Assist with follow-up activities for events and programs, including client development initiatives.
8. Manage regional orders and allocations for client gifting initiatives.
9. Contribute to the regional coordination of overseas events to enhance the client experience.
10. Compile and support the preparation of strategy and events presentations.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
5. Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
6. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
7. Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
