- Serve as a Tiffany brand ambassador, embodying company values and standards.
- Manage guest welcome and waiting times efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Lead the Ambassador team to deliver exceptional service in coordination with the F&B team.
- Support store business objectives with a strong commercial mindset while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Implement clienteling strategies and liaise with headquarters on CRM and events.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with clients and peers.
- Stay informed about local and international events to enhance client experiences.
- Deliver unparalleled service and uphold luxury etiquette standards.
- Act as a role model, providing guidance and inspiration to the Ambassador team.
- Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH operational procedures and standards.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment.
- Inspire clients and peers through authentic brand storytelling.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Proven sales and clienteling expertise in an omnichannel luxury environment.
- Passion for luxury retail, with a preference for jewelry experience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Service-oriented with knowledge of luxury etiquette.
- Experience in deploying retail strategies and clienteling initiatives.
- Digital proficiency and comfort with omnichannel tools.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in Italy.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
