1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

2. Strong brand ambassadorial skills.
3. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to build personal business.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is $19.98 – $27.03 per hour, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
