1. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
2. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
3. Capture and manage client data effectively.
4. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for clients.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Tiffany brand in every client interaction.
6. Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
7. Respond to client feedback and improve the client experience.

1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to work with a diverse client base.
5. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

2. Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
3. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for luxury brands.
4. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or luxury retail.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
