- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Capture and manage client data effectively.
- Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, creating memorable moments for clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Tiffany brand in every client interaction.
- Execute best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Respond to client feedback and improve the client experience.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for luxury brands.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail or luxury retail.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
